Operational process and maintenance support system with incident management based on  YouTrack

At a service / production company, we have developed a system that ensures the monitoring and support of daily operational processes by applying YouTrack Helpdesk and Project Management modules.

The system records events related to daily production and supports the operator’s record-keeping tasks/documentation tasks/logging duties.

Where equipment requires intervention, the employees must comply with the relevant safety regulations. The knowledge base contains the relevant procedures, while the system logs the activities of the professionals related to compliance with the safety regulations.

The system continuously records maintenance related requests, thus collecting information to support the maintenance activities.

The Helpdesk module records production related requests, requirements/demands, issue tickets, and supports the troubleshooting processes.

For companies operating critical infrastructure, the NIS2 standard requires specialized incident management processes and specific reporting. These NIS2 relevant procedures have also been implemented in YouTrack Helpdesk.
