At the service company, we have developed a system to monitor and support daily operational processes using the YouTrack Helpdesk module.
The system focuses on receiving and handling notifications from external customers, while also serving internal support processes.
The system continuously captures maintenance-related service requests and collects information to support maintenance activities.
The knowledge base of the system contains a separate article for each customer for the support of the notifiers and the resolvers.
